Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a senior advisory programme leader to drive mobilisation across infrastructure, real estate and transformation initiatives in the region.

You will shape governance, operating models and delivery frameworks, partnering with client teams and consultants to turn strategy into outcomes. With 10+ years in programme management or transformation, you will lead workshops, manage stakeholders and deliver executive-level client presentations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in programme management, advisory, consulting or organisational transformation.
• Proven experience mobilising large-scale programmes or portfolios.
• Experience developing programme operating models and governance frameworks.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and programme leadership teams.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead mobilisation activities for major capital, infrastructure, real estate and transformation programmes.
• Define programme vision, objectives and delivery principles.
• Develop mobilisation roadmaps and implementation strategies.
• Establish programme management offices and integrated delivery functions.
• Support clients through programme initiation, transition and scale-up phases.
• Design and implement programme operating models and governance structures.
• Define delivery partner, client and supply chain responsibilities.
• Design programme delivery frameworks and integrated management systems.
• Align operating models with programme complexity, risk profile and maturity.
• Organise design of programme organisational structures and capability frameworks.
• Establish resource and workforce planning strategies.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of key personnel.
• Develop responsibility matrices and delegations of authority.
• Establish governance frameworks, committees and reporting arrangements.
• Develop governance policies, procedures and escalation pathways.
• Facilitate integration between client teams, consultants and contractors.
• Lead organisational change activities and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide executive-level advisory, workshops and client deliverables.
