Job summary

Turner & Townsend is a global professional services firm delivering advisory support across real estate and infrastructure. The role supports advisory assignments in programme strategy, PMO governance and transformation for clients in the region.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in consulting, PMO or programme management, strong stakeholder engagement and solid MS Office skills; knowledge of MSP/PRINCE2/PMI is desirable. You will produce client-ready reports and facilitate workshops.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in consulting, PMO, project controls or programme management.
• Track record of engaging with stakeholder and demonstratable impact
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to structure problems and develop practical solutions.
• Strong organisational and planning capability.
• Experience with MS Office, Power BI or project management tools is advantageous.
• Knowledge of programme management methodologies such as MSP, PRINCE2 or PMI is desirable.
• Strong skills in Microsoft office required

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of advisory assignments across programme strategy, PMO, governance and transformation.
• Assist with programme maturity assessments and capability reviews.
• Undertake quantitative and qualitative analysis to support decision-making.
• Develop process maps, governance models and delivery frameworks.
• Support programme assurance reviews and health checks.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Assist in the production of client-ready reports and presentations.
• Monitor project actions, risks and dependencies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.
