Qualifications

• Degree or master's in real estate, finance, economics, business, or related field.
• Experience in real estate or infrastructure advisory, tenant representation, programme management, or consulting.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with financial modelling and data analysis.
• Excellent project, stakeholder, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams across international teams.
• Fluency in English; Asian or European languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support programme advisory engagements across Asia, including portfolio strategy, workplace transformation, relocations, acquisitions, disposals, lease renewals, and leasebacks.
• Conduct market research, financial analysis, scenario modelling, and portfolio assessments.
• Translate client business requirements into practical transformation strategies.
• Coordinate inputs from clients, and internal teams.
• Prepare programme plans, market briefs, business cases, presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Track milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, lease events, transaction activity, and project deliverables.
• Support due diligence, lease and contract reviews, transaction structuring, and negotiation preparation.
• Contribute to proposals, tenders, account management, and business-development activities.
• Work across office, industrial, R&D, and other specialised real estate projects in Asian markets.
