Job description

As a Programme Administrator, you will play an essential role in supporting the smooth and successful delivery of SIM Academy’s learning and career development programmes, specifically SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme (SCTP).

You will be at the centre of coordination — ensuring that learners, trainers, and partners experience professional, timely, and high-quality service throughout every stage of our programmes.

This role offers the opportunity to develop hands‑on experience in education operations, learner engagement, and stakeholder coordination across diverse funded and non-funded programmes.

Accountabilities

  • Provide administrative support in the registration, enrolment, invoicing and payment processing of our learners. This include following up with learners on their SFC, Training Allowance submissions and also their payments.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of learner registrations, invoicing, and programme documentation.
  • Engage with learners through calls or emails to provide assistance, conduct postprogramme surveys and gather feedback for improvement.
  • Engage with SWDA liaison to follow up on learners’ funding applications and claims.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders (Finance, Sales, Products) to ensure that administrative tasks are conducted smoothly, effectively and productively.
  • Maintain records and generate required reports to ensure compliance with internal standards and funding requirements.
  • Where applicable, monitor, analyse and follow up on funding disbursements and claims payout through reports generated from TPG and SIM systems.
  • Support and coordinate funding delivery administration. This includes checking on attendance submission, assessment uploads, and other documentation relating to funded administration (example, filing of assessment records etc.)
  • Support delivery operations for both on-premise and virtual delivery. This includes confirming catering arrangements, coordinate venue bookings, preparation of course materials and other logistical requirements.
  • Assist with ad‑hoc projects, events, or initiatives to enhance learner experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Resourcefulness in problem‑solving and conflict resolution.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Familiarity with funded programme administration is preferred, especially with SSG’s processes and TPG.
  • Team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
  • Committed to learning, growth, and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrates integrity, humility, and professionalism.
