HCL Technologies Limited seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale Transition and Transformation programs across Infrastructure and Application Services. The role drives end-to-end delivery, manages stakeholders, governance, budgets, risks, and ensures successful business outcomes.

Ideal candidate brings extensive enterprise IT program experience, cloud and modernization expertise, and strong leadership to coordinate global teams and vendors while enabling AI-enabled project

Qualifications

• 12 years of Project/Program Management experience in enterprise IT environments.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale Transition and Transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud, Network, Cyber Security, Data Center, Digital Workplace, and IT Service Management.
• Experience managing application transformation, ERP/non-ERP platforms, and SDLC initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex transition and transformation programs from initiation to closure.
• Engage with senior leadership and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across geographies and vendors.
• Drive cloud migration, infrastructure transformation, and application modernization initiatives.
• Establish program governance, reporting, and performance tracking mechanisms.
• Support solution development, client workshops, RFP/RFI responses, and transition planning.
