- Drive delivery pace by proactively removing blockers, tracking actions to closure, and maintaining momentum across all workstreams
- Coordinate agile delivery activities including backlog readiness, sprint planning, demonstrations, functional and security testing, and release preparation
- Manage project governance and stakeholder communications, including status reporting, RAID log maintenance, decision records, meeting minutes, and updates to management and governance forums
- Liaise across business owners, product teams, design, engineering, operations, cybersecurity teams, and external vendors to ensure aligned and timely delivery
- Coordinate requirements, solutioning, testing, deployment, operational readiness, and transition to business-as-usual support for each system release
- Support user education, change communication, and product adoption activities as required
- Undertake structured handover and knowledge transfer with existing team members, preserving system, vendor, and business-domain knowledge through clear documentation
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting or managing the delivery of digital products or enterprise applications, with end-to-end exposure across build, test, release, and support phases
- Working knowledge of agile delivery practices including sprint planning, backlog management, release management, and production support coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce accurate documentation, meeting minutes, and stakeholder reports; proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent (is a bonus)
- Highly meticulous and tenacious, with a demonstrated ability to follow issues through to resolution under pressure and within tight deadlines
- Experience delivering government digital services or working within a regulated or compliance-driven environment, including familiarity with security and governance frameworks (is a bonus)
- Relevant professional certification in Scrum, project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2), ITIL, or business analysis (is a bonus)
