Job summary

Tap Growth ai in Singapore invites applications for a Program Engineer (Operations) to streamline deployments and improve operational workflows. You will combine software development with system administration to support reliable IT services from our office.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in IT operations, a degree in CS/IT, and familiarity with coding and cloud platforms. You will collaborate with users and stakeholders to deliver robust solutions and maintain SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology or related fields.
• At least 2 years of IT Operations or IT Service Delivery experience.
• Experience in IT service delivery management and SLAs/OLAs.
• Familiar with coding for Mobile and Web Apps (C#, Java, JavaScript).
• Knowledge of DevOps/DevSecOps concepts.
• Cloud/Virtualisation (AWS, Azure) knowledge.
• Database and Storage experience.
• Middleware and/or services knowledge.
• Cybersecurity basics and system hardening awareness.
• Windows/Linux server administration basics.
• Hardware, infrastructure and networks familiarity.
• Software/Systems integration experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of IT service delivery management and project lifecycle is advantageous.
• ITIL certifications are desirable.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adopt new technologies.
