Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology or related fields.
• At least 2 years of IT Operations or IT Service Delivery experience.
• Experience in IT service delivery management and SLAs/OLAs.
• Familiar with coding for Mobile and Web Apps (C#, Java, JavaScript).
• Knowledge of DevOps/DevSecOps concepts.
• Cloud/Virtualisation (AWS, Azure) knowledge.
• Database and Storage experience.
• Middleware and/or services knowledge.
• Cybersecurity basics and system hardening awareness.
• Windows/Linux server administration basics.
• Hardware, infrastructure and networks familiarity.
• Software/Systems integration experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of IT service delivery management and project lifecycle is advantageous.
• ITIL certifications are desirable.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adopt new technologies.

Requirements

• Tertiary education qualifications - Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT Operations or IT Service Delivery with exposure to end-to-end software development lifecycles.
• Experience in IT service delivery management and maintaining SLA/OLAs.
• Knowledge and/or practical experience in one or more of following areas are desirable:
• o Coding (such as C#, Java, JavaScript) for Mobile and Web Applications
• o DevOps/DevSecOps
• o Virtualisation and/or Cloud Computing (such as AWS, Azure)
• o Database and Storage
• o Middleware and Services
• o Cybersecurity (such as best practices, system hardening, threat and vulnerability management)
• o Windows/Linux server administration
• o Hardware, Infrastructure and Network
• o Software/Systems integration across one or more software/hardware components
