We are seeking a skilled and proactiveProgram Engineer (Operations) to join our dynamic team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and system administration, with the ability to streamline operations and improve deployment processes.

Requirements

• Tertiary education qualifications - Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT Operations or IT Service Delivery with exposure to end-to-end software development lifecycles.
• Experience in IT service delivery management and maintaining SLA/OLAs.
• Knowledge and/or practical experience in one or more of following areas are desirable:
• o Coding (such as C#, Java, JavaScript) for Mobile and Web Applications
• o DevOps/DevSecOps
• o Virtualisation and/or Cloud Computing (such as AWS, Azure)
• o Database and Storage
• o Middleware and Services
• o Cybersecurity (such as best practices, system hardening, threat and vulnerability management)
• o Windows/Linux server administration
• o Hardware, Infrastructure and Network
• o Software/Systems integration across one or more software/hardware components
• o Service delivery and management
• o Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Familiarity with project management methodology and lifecycle would be an advantage.
• Good analytical skills in diagnosing technical issues and ability to offer advisories and support.
• Good administrative and communication skills and positive working attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with users and stakeholders at all levels.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. ITIL) are highly desirable.
• Embrace continuous learning to deepen knowledge and skills, and willing to stay current with emerging and new technology.
