The ideal candidate will oversee design, setup, configuration, and commissioning of platform operations applications, ensuring alignment with IT policies and architecture standards. This role requires hands‑on expertise and strong collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Strong background in designing, implementing and managing IT infrastructure solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into platform operations infrastructure.
• Experience ensuring compliance with internal IT policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement projects for platform operations applications across design, setup, configuration, implementation and commissioning.
• Translate business requirements into platform operations infrastructure design.
• Ensure compliance with SG-TRM, IT policies and architecture standards.
• Manage infrastructure projects and services for platform operations apps (e.g., APIMG, ServiceNow).
• Lead platform operations system architecture for new and existing apps.
• Serve as main infra point‑of‑contact for platform operations apps.
• Work with SR/OS Team on infra matters impacting platform operations apps.
• Assist in infra architecture reviews and hardening/remediation efforts.
• Maintain sound understanding of the platform ops environment.
