Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking an Onsite Infrastructure Support Engineer in Singapore to maintain and optimize IT infrastructure and provide exceptional user support. The role requires hands-on experience with network, server, storage, and security systems, and the ability to perform incident and change management on site.

Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in IT/Computer Engineering and at least 5 years in production IT environments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT/engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of enterprise IT infrastructure support experience.
• Experience in incident management, infra operations, maintenance, and patching.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and support network, server, storage and security infrastructure.
• Perform health checks, preventive maintenance and system monitoring.
• Assist in server administration, hardware troubleshooting and capacity monitoring.
• Coordinate incident escalations and root cause analysis.
• Execute approved changes, upgrades, firmware updates and patch deployments.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, assets, network diagrams and logs.
