OPTIMUM SOLUTIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is looking for a Production Support Analyst to manage stability, maintenance, and defect remediation for enterprise payment and core banking applications. You will provide L2/L3 production support, perform root cause analysis, and support end-to-end testing and releases in a high-availability environment.

Responsibilities

• Incident & Problem Management: perform root cause analysis and remediation, assist L2 with incidents.
• Maintenance & Enhancements: debugging, minor fixes, support SIT/UAT/production testing during maintenance windows.
• System Resiliency: identify performance bottlenecks to improve throughput and stability for high-volume processing.
• Release & Change Management: follow SDM policies, assess risks for deployments, document changes.
• Stakeholder Engagement: communicate incident status, root cause findings, and release notes to users and vendors.
