Job Title: Production Supervisor – 12-Hour Rotating Shift (4/3/3/4)

Work Location: Woodlands

Salary: $4,000 – $6,000 per month

• Day Shift Allowance: $20 per working day
• Night Shift Allowance: $45 per working night
• Overtime pay when overtime is performed
• AWS: One month
• Variable Bonus: Approximately two months at target
• Special Bonus: One month, paid progressively every quarter

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team in meeting production targets while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will oversee daily shift operations, resource planning, team performance, production handovers and continuous improvement initiatives in a capital equipment manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the manufacturing team to complete production plans according to schedule while maintaining workmanship standards.
• Plan and allocate manpower and resources based on production requirements.
• Monitor production progress and resolve operational issues proactively.
• Report shift production status and key updates to the Senior Manager.
• Manage team discipline, shift planning and daily production activities.
• Support recruitment, performance appraisals and employee skills development.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Lead or participate in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projects, including Kaizen, 5S and waste reduction.
• Coordinate with other Shift Supervisors to ensure smooth production handovers.
• Review operational practices and implement appropriate process improvements.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in an Engineering-related discipline.
• At least five years of hands‑on technical experience within capital equipment, aviation or manufacturing.
• At least two to three years of production supervisory experience managing a skilled technical team.
• Hands‑on experience with mechanical or electrical systems and equipment troubleshooting.
• Experience in resource planning, manpower allocation and team management.
• Experience implementing Lean, Kaizen or other continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong communication, organisational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in semiconductor or high‑tech capital equipment manufacturing is an advantage.
• Able to commence work in August or September 2026, preferably on immediate or short notice.

Working Hours

• 12‑hour rotating shift based on a 4/3/3/4 work pattern
• Candidates must be comfortable working both day and night shifts
• Shift assignment rotates quarterly
• Day Shift: 8:00am – 8:15pm
• Night Shift: 8:00pm – 8:15am

Work Environment

• Cleanroom environment requiring full personal protective equipment
• Personal belongings, including mobile phones, must be kept in personal lockers
