Job summary

Qualifications
- Engineering degree or diploma required.
- Experience leading a manufacturing team preferred.
- Lean/Kaizen or continuous improvement exp essential.
- Strong communication and organizational skills required.
- Ability to manage shift operations and resources.
Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing team to meet production plans and quality standards.
- Plan manpower and resources according to production requirements.
- Monitor progress and resolve operational issues.
- Report shift status to Senior Manager.
- Coordinate with other Shift Supervisors for handovers.
- Lead Lean/Kaizen projects and continuous improvement efforts.
- Ensure safe and organized working environment.
