Job summary

Kingsforce Management Services Pte. Ltd. supports a leading global energy technology and manufacturing company serving the oil and gas industry. The role leads daily production activities in the workshop and ensures SQCD objectives are met.

You will drive Lean initiatives, manage priorities and manpower, and coach the team to improve safety and performance. This shop-floor role involves rotating shifts at the West Singapore site.

Qualifications

• Diploma or NITEC in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Production or related field.
• 5–7 years in production/manufacturing.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• SAP experience is an advantage.
• Shop-floor based role with exposure to noise and heavy equipment.
• Willing to work rotating shifts.
