Job summary

Our client, a leading MNC, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, drive safety and quality, and develop a high performing team in Yishun. The role emphasizes Lean, digitalization, and continuous improvement with hands‑on involvement.

Responsibilities include mentoring Foremen and Operators, collaborating with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance, and supporting documentation, Kaizen activities, and 4M optimization. Salary up to SGD 4,200 plus AWS and VB.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant production/engineering experience.
• Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; VBA/Power BI knowledge an advantage.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and critical thinking skills with an innovative mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of VBA, Power BI, and AI tools through prompting is an advantage.
• Good IT literacy with the ability to learn and adapt to new digital tools and technologies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve in a dynamic work environment.
• Comfortable performing hands‑on tasks and working with tools, equipment, and prototypes.
