Job summary

NOVA-TECH MFG PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily production operations. You will supervise operators, track output, downtime and scrap, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will coach and develop teams, allocate manpower and equipment efficiently, resolve bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement to reduce waste. Strong leadership and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of production processes and quality requirements.

Requirements

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Experience in a supervisory or team leadership role in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience managing and leading production teams such as operator and technician.
• Good understanding of production processes and quality requirements.
• Able to identify and solve production issues effectively.
• Able to make decisions and work well under pressure.
• Knowledge of GTAW (TIG Welding) processes is an advantage.
• Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.
