Job summary

NOVA-TECH MFG PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a diligent Production Supervisor to lead a team of operators on the manufacturing floor. You will train, coach, and support staff to achieve production targets while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will manage manpower, monitor processes, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement across the line, fostering teamwork and a positive work environment for sustained performance.

Qualifications

• Must hold NITEC or equivalent in engineering/manufacturing.
• Experience supervising production teams in manufacturing settings.
• Strong understanding of production processes and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production operators in daily operations.
• Train, coach, and support team members to improve performance.
• Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are met.
• Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Monitor production and welding activities to maintain quality standards.
• Track daily production output, downtime, and scrap rates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and bottlenecks.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules, PPE requirements, and company policies.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment.
