Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or leading production teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of production processes and quality requirements.
• Ability to identify and resolve production issues quickly and make effective decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production operators in daily operations.
• Train, coach, and support team members to improve performance.
• Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are met.
• Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.

• Track daily production output, downtime, and scrap rates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and bottlenecks.
