Job summary

I-PEXSingapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Production Control Executive to plan and coordinate production schedules and procurement, ensuring on-time order fulfilment while optimising resources and quality.

The role requires a Diploma in Manufacturing and at least 3 years of experience in production planning or control, with strong project, communication, and SAP skills to collaborate across Purchasing, Production, and Logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Manufacturing is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Production Planning or Production Control.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication across organisational levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules by analysing material availability and capacity to ensure on-time fulfilment.
• Monitor shortages and collaborate with Purchasing to resolve issues and minimise disruptions.
• Plan, coordinate and control production activities to optimise resources and meet targets.
• Manage inventory levels according to policy to maintain availability and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Production and Logistics to ensure smooth order management.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to coordinate plans and resolve issues.
• Apply problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment while juggling priorities.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and analytical abilities.
