The role requires a Diploma in Manufacturing and at least 3 years of experience in production planning or control, with strong project, communication, and SAP skills to collaborate across Purchasing, Production, and Logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Manufacturing is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules by analysing material availability and capacity to ensure on-time fulfilment.
• Monitor shortages and collaborate with Purchasing to resolve issues and minimise disruptions.
• Plan, coordinate and control production activities to optimise resources and meet targets.
• Manage inventory levels according to policy to maintain availability and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Production and Logistics to ensure smooth order management.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to coordinate plans and resolve issues.
• Apply problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment while juggling priorities.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and analytical abilities.

Job Overview

The Production Control Executive plans and coordinates production schedules and component procurement to meet customer demands efficiently while optimising resources and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules by analysing raw material availability, production capacity, and customer requirements to ensure on-time order fulfilment
• Monitor material shortages and collaborate with Purchasing and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly, minimising production disruptions
• Plan, coordinate, and control production activities to optimise resource utilisation, enhance productivity, and meet quality, delivery, and cost targets
• Manage inventory levels according to company policies to ensure material availability and maintain inventory accuracy
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Production and Logistics teams to ensure seamless production operations and effective order management
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to coordinate production plans and resolve operational challenges
• Apply problem-solving skills to address production and supply chain issues in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

Requirements

• Diploma in Manufacturing
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Production Planning, Production Control, or a related field
• Strong project management skills to coordinate with internal stakeholders and manufacturing facilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage across organisational levels
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in SAP is required
