Job summary

RTX is seeking a Production Planning Specialist in Singapore to plan, schedule and expedite shop-floor activities to meet production schedules and ensure on-time delivery. You will minimize overdues and maintain optimum inventory levels while complying with SOPs and SAP.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing Engineering, and strong analytical, MS Office and SAP skills. Onsite work with cross-functional coordination and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing Engineering.
• Proficiency with SAP and MS Excel.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze material flow and use scheduling techniques to support on-time delivery.
• Review performance results to identify trends and improvement actions.
• Monitor WIP and inventory to optimize levels and turnover.
• Support material planning to meet delivery goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers on changes and start-ups.
• Assist continuous improvement initiatives.
