Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Production Planner to translate orders into feasible production plans and maintain schedules. The role focuses on MRP execution, material availability, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time delivery.

Based in Macpherson, you will monitor demand and inventory, adjust plans, and support ERP/digitalisation initiatives while tracking key KPIs and contributing to continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field with 3+ years in production planning and MRP.
• Experience coordinating with sales, procurement, production, and logistics.
• Strong data analysis and KPI tracking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Translate orders and forecasts into production and material plans.
• Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand and capacity.
• Execute ERP/MRP planning to ensure material readiness.
• Plan material requirements and manage inventory to prevent shortages or obsolescence.
• Monitor supply, demand, and production constraints and adjust plans.
• Manage rescheduling and planning changes to support on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Production, Engineering and Logistics.
• Provide delivery commitments and planning updates to stakeholders.
• Support ECO/ECN and NPI activities by assessing capacity and impact.
• Identify improvements in planning, MRP, inventory control and S&OP.
• Track planning KPIs and improvements in ERP/digitalisation initiatives.
• Participate in planning meetings providing data-driven insights.
