Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd (Healthcare & Life Sciences) is seeking a candidate to support daily production and capacity planning. The role involves identifying bottlenecks, monitoring utilisation and working with production, planning and manufacturing teams to optimize throughput.

Automation and digitalisation projects are also part of the responsibilities. Applicants should hold a Diploma or Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Operations or related field, with strong Excel skills;

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma or Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Operations or related field.
• Some knowledge of manufacturing or production planning.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Python, VBA, macros or automation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production and capacity planning.
• Identify production bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
• Monitor utilisation, throughput and capacity gaps.
• Work with production, planning and manufacturing teams.
• Support automation and digitalisation projects.
