Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD seeks an industrial engineering minded professional to optimize manufacturing operations in Singapore. You will identify bottlenecks, work with production, planning and manufacturing teams, and report on utilization, throughput, and capacity gaps.

You will lead digitalization and automation projects, apply lean principles, and leverage Excel and ERP/MRP tools to drive continuous improvement in a dynamic production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in industrial engineering, computer science, diploma, operations, or related field.
• Some knowledge and experience in manufacturing/production planning.
• Strong Excel skills; ERP/MRP experience a plus.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts.
• Python, Macro, VBA, some automation projects background.

Responsibilities

• Identify bottlenecks and recommend fixes (scheduling, staffing, equipment).
• Partner with production, planning, and manufacturing teams.
• Report on utilization, throughput, and capacity gaps.
• Digitalization and automation projects.

Education

Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Diploma in Operations or related field

Knowledge of manufacturing/production planning

Lean manufacturing concepts

Python, Macro, VBA with automation background
