Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to join its manufacturing team at the Singapore HQ. You will establish the MPS, align with S&OP and delivery targets, and drive cross‑department scheduling for complex equipment builds.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of production planning experience in manufacturing, with strong ERP and advanced Excel skills to ensure smooth material readiness and on‑time execution.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, with 2–5 years in production planning.
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to align with S&OP and customer delivery requirements.
• Synchronize cross-department production timelines and load jobs for complex equipment builds.
• Ensure component availability to support a zero-stoppage assembly workflow.
• Evaluate BOMs and plant capacity to define optimal manufacturing routings.
• Manage ECOs on the shop floor, coordinating part phase-ins to minimize scrap.
• Identify bottlenecks, recover schedules, and track KPIs like Plan vs. Actual (PVA).
