Evaluate Bills of Materials (BOM) and plant capacity to define optimal manufacturing routings.
Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECO) on the shop floor, coordinating part phase-ins to minimize scrap.
Resolve production bottlenecks, perform schedule recovery, and track KPIs like Plan vs. Actual (PVA).
