Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an operations planning professional to support production capacity planning and align resources with demand.

You will analyse capacity, utilisation and throughput data, identify bottlenecks and capacity gaps, and propose improvements to scheduling, manpower allocation, equipment use and processes. You will collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Planning and Manufacturing teams and support digitalisation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production and capacity planning to align manufacturing resources and material availability with production demand.
• Analyse production capacity, utilisation and throughput data to identify bottlenecks and potential capacity gaps.
• Recommend improvements to production scheduling, manpower allocation, equipment utilisation and operational processes.
• Coordinate closely with Production, Supply Chain, Planning and Manufacturing teams to support production requirements.
• Prepare and maintain capacity planning reports, operational data and performance metrics for management review.
• Support digitalisation and automation projects aimed at streamlining planning processes and improving operational efficiency.
