Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Tampines is seeking a production assembler to join a rotating shift team. The role involves assembling server components, performing system integration on the production line, and maintaining quality and safety on the shop floor.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of relevant experience, are comfortable with hand tools, and can work standing for long periods. Training is provided during the first 3 months with a 3-shift schedule thereafter.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or related field.
• Comfortable using hand tools such as screwdrivers and assembly equipment.
• Basic computer skills for production-related tasks.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders when necessary.
• Positive attitude, willing to learn, and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Assemble server components, chassis, hard drives, server racks, and cabinets according to work instructions
• Perform server assembly and system integration on the production line
• Carry out unpacking, packaging, and rack-building activities accurately and efficiently
• Conduct basic quality inspections to ensure products meet required standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace following 5S practices
• Adhere to safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
• Support operational needs and work rotating shifts when required

Job description

Salary: Up to $3000/month

Location: Tampines

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours / Shift Schedule:

First 3 month (Training)

• Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm)

Rotating 3-shift system:

• A Shift:Mon - Thu, 8:00am - 8:00pm
• B Shift:Fri - Sat (8:00am - 8:00pm) & Mon - Tue (8:00pm - 8:00am)
• C Shift:Wed - Sat, 8:00pm - 8:00am

Your Responsibilities

Assemble server components, chassis, hard drives, server racks, and cabinets according to work instructions

Perform server assembly and system integration on the production line
