Job summary

HRnet Ventures Pte. Ltd. CREW by HRnet is hiring a production/assembly technician in Singapore.

The role focuses on assembling server components, performing system integration on the production line, and ensuring quality through routine inspections. You will maintain a clean, safe workspace and support rotating shifts as needed. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in related fields, basic computer skills, and a positive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or related fields advantageous.
• Basic computer skills for production tasks.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders when necessary.
• Positive attitude and strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Assemble server components, chassis, hard drives, server racks, and cabinets according to work instructions.
• Perform server assembly and system integration on the production line.
• Carry out unpacking, packaging, and rack-building activities accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct basic quality inspections to ensure products meet standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace following 5S practices.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.
• Support operational needs and work rotating shifts when required.

Job description

Salary: Up to $3000/month

Location: Tampines

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours / Shift Schedule:

First 3 month (Training)

Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm)

Rotating 3-shift system:

A Shift: Mon - Thu, 8:00am - 8:00pm

B Shift: Fri - Sat (8:00am - 8:00pm) & Mon - Tue (8:00pm - 8:00am)

C Shift: Wed - Sat, 8:00pm - 8:00am

Your Responsibilities
