Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Tampines is seeking an Assembly Operator to join a technology manufacturing environment. The role involves manual assembly of servers, chassis, hard drives and related components, plus building server racks and cabinets in a structured factory setting.

Training lasts three months with 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, followed by rotating 12-hour Day & Night shifts. Teams offer fixed schedules; Sundays off and shift allowances are provided to support shift work.

Qualifications

• Able to perform manual assembly in a production environment.
• Comfortable with rotating day and night shifts after training.
• Experience in assembly, production, manufacturing, or electronics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble servers, chassis, hard drives, and related components.
• Assemble and install server racks and cabinets.
• Perform production duties including unpacking, packing, and rack building.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Carry out other operational duties as assigned.

Night Shift Allowance:$24 per workday

After Training
Weekly rotating 12-hour Day & Night Shifts
Day: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM
Night: 8:30 PM – 8:00 AM

Choose One Fixed Team
Team A: Monday – Thursday
Team B: Friday, Saturday, Monday & Tuesday
Team C: Wednesday – Saturday
