Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is hiring an Assembly Operator in Tampines with a 4-day work week and a base salary range of $2,300–$2,800 SGD, plus daily shift allowances.

The role involves assembling servers, racks, and components, with training during the first three months and rotating day/night shifts thereafter. During the training period, you will work Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. After training, teams rotate and weekends may be included depending on the chosen team (A, B or C).

Qualifications

• Experience in assembly, production, manufacturing, or electronics encouraged.
• Comfortable with rotating day and night shifts after the training period.
• Able to perform manual assembly in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble servers, chassis, hard drives, and related components
• Assemble and install server racks and cabinets
• Perform production duties including unpacking, packing, and rack building
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Carry out other operational duties as assigned

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: $2,300 - $2,800
• Day Shift Allowance: $12 per workday
• Night Shift Allowance: $24 per workday
• Allowances: $16 per work day

Working Hours

• Training Period (First 3 Months)
  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• After Training
  • Weekly rotating 12-hour Day & Night Shifts
  • Day: 8:00 AM - 8:30 PM
  • Night: 8:30 PM - 8:00 AM
• Choose One Fixed Team
  • Team A: Monday - Thursday
  • Team B: Friday, Saturday, Monday & Tuesday
  • Team C: Wednesday - Saturday

Key Responsibilities
