Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on assembler to build server components on the production line. You will follow work instructions to assemble chassis, racks, and modules, and participate in quality checks.

During training you will work Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, then rotate shifts (A/B/C) including nights, with safety and 5S practices as daily norms. A 1–2 year background in assembly is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in assembly/manufacturing preferred.
• Able to use hand tools like screwdrivers and assembly equipment.
• Basic computer skills for production tasks.
• Physically fit to stand for long periods.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

• Assemble server components, chassis, hard drives, server racks, and cabinets according to work instructions.
• Perform server assembly and system integration on the production line.
• Carry out unpacking, packaging, and rack-building activities accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct basic quality inspections to ensure products meet required standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace following 5S practices.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.

Job description

Salary: Up to $3000/month

Working Hours / Shift Schedule:

First 3 month (Training)

• Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm)

Rotating 3-shift system:

• A Shift: Mon – Thu, 8:00am – 8:00pm
• B Shift: Fri – Sat (8:00am – 8:00pm) & Mon – Tue (8:00pm – 8:00am)
• C Shift: Wed – Sat, 8:00pm – 8:00am

Your Responsibilities

Assemble server components, chassis, hard drives, server racks, and cabinets according to work instructions

Perform server assembly and system integration on the production line

Carry out unpacking, packaging, and rack-building activities accurately and efficiently

Conduct basic quality inspections to ensure products meet required standards

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace following 5S practices

Adhere to safety procedures and company guideline sat all times

Support operational needs and work rotating shifts when required

What We're Looking For

1–2 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or a related field is advantageous

Comfortable using hand tools such as screwdrivers and assembly equipment

Basic computer skills for production-related tasks

Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods

Comfortable working at heights and using ladders when necessary

Positive attitude, willing to learn, and a strong team player
