Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Assembly Operator to join a technology manufacturing environment in Tampines. The role offers a stable, full-time position with a 4-day work week, Sundays off, and a structured schedule.

You will assemble servers, chassis, hard drives and related components, install server racks, and perform production duties while maintaining a clean, safe workspace. After training, you’ll rotate day and night shifts and select a fixed team.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: $2,300 - $3,000
• Day Shift Allowance: $12 per shift
• Night Shift Allowance: $24 per shift
• Transport & Meal Allowances: $16 per workday

Location: Tampines

Working Hours

Training Period (First 3 Months)

• Monday - Friday
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

After Training

• Weekly rotating 12-hour Day & Night Shifts
• Day: 8:00 AM - 8:30 PM
• Night: 8:30 PM - 8:00 AM

Choose One Fixed Team

• Team A: Monday - Thursday
• Team B: Friday, Saturday, Monday & Tuesday
• Team C: Wednesday - Saturday

Key Responsibilities
