Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent assembler for server components in Singapore. You will participate in the full assembly process on the production line, including chassis, drives, and racks, ensuring adherence to instructions and quality standards.

Training lasts three months with a Mon-Fri 8am-5pm schedule, followed by a rotating shift system. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and efficient rack-building in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing is advantageous.
• Able to handle hand tools and basic assembly equipment.
• Willingness to stand for long periods and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble server components, chassis, hard drives, server racks and cabinets per work instructions.
• Perform server assembly and system integration on the production line.
• Carry out unpacking, packaging, and rack-building activities accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct basic quality inspections to ensure products meet required standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized workplace following 5S practices.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.
• Support operational needs and work rotating shifts when required.

Salary: Up to $3000/month

Location: Tampines

Working Hours / Shift Schedule:

First 3 month (Training)

• Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm)

Rotating 3-shift system:

• A Shift: Mon - Thu, 8:00am - 8:00pm
• B Shift: Fri - Sat (8:00am - 8:00pm) & Mon - Tue (8:00pm - 8:00am)
• C Shift: Wed - Sat, 8:00pm - 8:00am

Your Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or a related field is advantageous

• Basic computer skills for production-related tasks
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders when necessary
• Positive attitude, willing to learn, and a strong team player
