Job summary

Responsibilities

Performs system integration and testing according to work instructions and test plans.
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet targets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Lead and mentor a team of production assemblers and test operators to maintain productivity, quality and safety.
Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to optimize productivity and reduce waste.
Manage production stores inventory.
Track and analyze production metrics such as yield and cycle time and take actions to meet targets.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure safety compliance and a safe work environment.
Practice good housekeeping at all times in the work area.
