Job summary

PERSOL OUTSOURCING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a production supervisor for a 1-year contract at Rifle Range Army Camp. You will lead a team of assemblers and testers, oversee daily production, and ensure safety and quality.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, tracking yield and cycle time, coordinating resources, and driving improvements to meet production targets. Strong MS Office and MES skills are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering/manufacturing or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience managing production staff and processes.
• Ability to train and motivate line employees to achieve production goals.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with manufacturing software systems such as MES.

Responsibilities

• Performs system integration and testing according to work instruction or procedure and test plan.
• Ensures safe work practices and communicates hazards to all employees.
• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production targets and ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to schedules.
• Lead and mentor a team of production assemblers and test operators, providing guidance and training to maintain productivity, quality, and safety.
• Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce waste.
• Manage production stores inventory.
• Track and analyze production metrics such as yield and cycle time, and take actions to meet targets.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the work area.
