Job summary

PERSOL OUTSOURCING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a production supervisor for Rifle Range Army Camp on a 1-year contract (renewable). The role requires planning manpower, allocating resources, and maintaining production targets while ensuring quality, safety, and ISO compliance.

The candidate will work mostly night shifts (7pm–7am) with day shifts as needed, bringing at least 3 years of manufacturing experience and a diploma or degree in engineering or related field.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in production planning, manpower allocation, and shopfloor operations.
• Willing to work predominantly on night shift and support day shift operations when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production operations to achieve production, quality, safety, and productivity targets
• Plan and allocate manpower, resources, and daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery
• Monitor production performance, machine utilization, work-in-progress (WIP), and implement corrective actions to improve operational efficiency
• Ensure production activities comply with engineering drawings, work instructions, quality standards, ISO requirements, and company procedures
• Investigate production, quality, and safety incidents, implement corrective actions, and support internal and external audits
• Oversee the control and accountability of ammunition and regulated items in accordance with company procedures and statutory requirements
