Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking a qualified production supervisor for a 1-year renewable contract at Rifle Range Army Camp, Singapore. The role requires leading night shifts (7pm–7am) with occasional day-shift support and ensuring adherence to ISO and company procedures.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field, plus at least 3 years in manufacturing with supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in production planning, manpower allocation, and shopfloor operations.
• Willing to work predominantly on night shift and support day shift operations when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production operations to achieve production, quality, safety, and productivity targets
• Plan and allocate manpower, resources, and daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery
• Monitor production performance, machine utilization, work-in-progress (WIP), and implement corrective actions to improve operational efficiency
• Ensure production activities comply with engineering drawings, work instructions, quality standards, ISO requirements, and company procedures
• Investigate production, quality, and safety incidents, implement corrective actions, and support internal and external audits
• Oversee the control and accountability of ammunition and regulated items in accordance with company procedures and statutory requirements
