Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing is seeking a Production Supervisor for a 1-year (renewable/ convertible) contract at Rifle Range Army Camp, Singapore. Work is Monday to Friday, 7pm to 7am, with a salary up to SGD 3,500 plus a completion bonus.

You will lead production, plan manpower, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with ISO and quality standards. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field and has at least 3 years in manufacturing with supervisory experience.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Management, or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
Experience in production planning, manpower allocation, and shopfloor operations.
Willing to work predominantly on night shift and support day shift when required.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise production operations to achieve production, quality, safety, and productivity targets.
Plan and allocate manpower, resources, and daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
Monitor production performance, machine utilization, work-in-progress (WIP), and implement corrective actions to improve operational efficiency.
Ensure production activities comply with engineering drawings, work instructions, quality standards, ISO requirements, and company procedures.
Investigate production, quality, and safety incidents, implement corrective actions, and support internal and external audits.
Oversee the control and accountability of ammunition and regulated items in accordance with company procedures and statutory requirements.
