Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing/production.
• Basic ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Basic proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate manpower, materials and equipment to execute projects.
• Oversee day-to-day production activities and ensure schedules are met.
• Collaborate with Quality and Engineering on root cause analysis for non-conformities.
• Handle product acceptance with customers.
• Develop and maintain production documentation and risk assessments.
• Train operators on processes, equipment use and maintenance.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
