Job summary

STAFFKING PTE LTD seeks an Manufacturing Production & Operations Executive to coordinate daily production, ensure ISO and process compliance, and drive productivity. Based in Kranji, the role involves managing manpower and resources, with OT paid on necessary weekends, and a 5-day workweek.

The candidate should be willing to work 5 days, 7:45am–5:30pm, and have experience with SAP or SAGE systems and related Excel functions.

Qualifications

• Candidates with Manufacturing Production & Operation Executive or relevant experience.
• Willing to OT on weekdays, weekends and PH when required; OT payable.
• Must know SAP or SAGE including xlokup, vlookup, pivot table.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with production supervisors and staff to ensure smooth daily production operations.
• Ensure production activities meet procedures, work instructions, and ISO 9001 standards.
• Monitor production performance, resolve issues, and improve productivity and efficiency.
• Manage manpower, machinery, and materials to meet targets and delivery schedules.
• Maintain workplace safety, housekeeping, and proper equipment usage.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, Customer Service, and overseas teams for on-time delivery.
• Plan and assign the mobile packing team for daily on-site packing support.
