Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a manufacturing role involving supervision and line coordination. You will release assembly instructions, prepare line setups, and assign operators to lines while ensuring production runs on schedule and materials are issued correctly.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in semiconductor/electronics manufacturing, with ITE certification. SAP or Kofax experience is a plus, and overtime or shift flexibility may be required.

Qualifications

• ITE Certification in manufacturing-related field or equivalent.
• 1−3 years’ experience in semiconductor, electronics, mechanical parts, or manufacturing.
• SAP and/or Kofax exposure is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Release of assembly instructions and production traveller based on BOM and contract requirements.
• Prepare line setup and assign operators to the line.
• Perform monthly shelf-life checks and update production schedule.
• Ensure production runs per schedule and materials issued per pick list.
• Maintain ESD control per procedure and pack finished goods with QA endorsement.

Job description

- 2 years contract (renewable/convertible)
- Up to $3,200
- Mon – Fri: 8:30am–5:30pm
- Ang Mo Kio/Boon Lay

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with Production Planner and Process Engineer on the release of assembly instructions and time ticket/ production traveller base on the BOM and contractual requirements.
• Prepare for the line setup
• Plan and assign operators to the line
• Perform monthly checks on the shelf-life terms and update the production schedule to the production manager
• Ensure the production run as per schedule.
• Ensure received material issue from store is according to the pick list
• Ensure the ESD control is in the accordance with the Electrostatic control procedure
• Pack & return finished goods to the store together with the RTS form with QA endorsement.
• Clarify with the production engineer on any doubts as assembly process and safety in process

Working hours:

• Mon – Fri: 8:30am–5:30pm (May change to shift hours)
• Up to $3,200

Job Requirements:

• ITE Certification if any in manufacturing experience, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or relevant fields
• 1–3 years’ experience in semiconductor, electronics, mechanical parts, or manufacturing environment
• Prior experience in SAP and/or Kofax is an advantage
• Candidates without experience may be considered
• Previous supervisory or management-type experience is an advantage.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, or OT when required.
• Competent in handling of SMT components
• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and teamwork
• Ability to produce consistent quality workmanship on repetitive manual processes
• Able to perform production work for long hours.
