Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd in Singapore (Kranji) is seeking a Production Planning coordinator to join a manufacturing packaging team. The role offers a basic salary of 4200 SGD plus AWS, bonus and OT payable on weekends when required.

The work week is five days from 7:45am to 5:30pm, with clear career prospects. You will coordinate with production supervisors, ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and company procedures, monitor performance, and work with Customer Service and MRP teams to ensure timely delivery

Qualifications

• Experience in Manufacturing Production Planning or related fields.
• Willing to OT on weekdays, weekends and PH; OT payable.
• Proficient in SAP or SAGE; Excel functions including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with production supervisors and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure production activities meet procedures and ISO 9001 standards.
• Monitor production performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
• Work with Customer Service Team to ensure sales orders are processed and delivered on time.
• Coordinate with the Production Team to ensure in-house jobs are completed and delivered on schedule.
• Liaise with overseas counterparts and the MRP Team to resolve production issues and provide necessary support.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and recommend process improvements.
