seeks a Production Engineer to support the Engineering Design department during product development, designing tooling, fixtures, and gauges to meet manufacturing requirements and help optimize processes for productivity and quality. The role requires a Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Industrial Engineering, at least 2 years of manufacturing experience, and basic CAD skills (SolidWorks).

Qualifications

Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
Basic CAD skills with SolidWorks.
Minimum 2 years manufacturing/production experience.

Responsibilities

Support engineering design during product development with technical and manufacturing input.
Design and develop production tooling, fixtures, and gauges for new products.
Evaluate and optimize manufacturing processes for productivity, quality, and cost.
Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot equipment, and coordinate corrective maintenance.
Assist in production trials and collaborate on process capability studies.
Prepare specifications, source suppliers, and oversee installation and commissioning of machinery.
On-the-Job training for production personnel to ensure compliance with procedures.
Maintain technical documentation and certifications.
Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance.
