Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing is seeking an Engineer for a 1 year contract, located at Rifle Range Army Camp. You will support design and manufacturing efforts, develop tooling and fixtures, and drive process improvements to enhance productivity and quality. Collaborate with production and QA to ensure specifications and timelines are met.

The role requires a mechanical/mechatronic/industrial engineering background with hands-on CAD experience and a readiness for on-site work in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing/production.
• Basic ability to read/interpret technical drawings.
• Basic proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks.

Responsibilities

• Support Engineering Design during product development with technical and manufacturing input.
• Design and develop production tooling, fixtures, and gauges for new product introduction and manufacturing needs.
• Evaluate and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality and cost.
