• Oversee product and process validation and cGMP documentation.
• Maintain documentation for audits, certifications, and regulatory reporting.
• Develop and enforce safety protocols and periodic facility inspections.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

Production Management

• Assist the VP Manufacturing in executing and achieving the production plan, including daily reporting.
• Monitor and supervise production schedules to ensure timely completion of manufacturing targets.
• Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure raw materials meet compliance standards.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure all process tests are performed and documented in alignment with the company's System and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
• Lead and conduct cGMP and Production Quality activities, including:
• Reviewing and amending Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Following up on and closing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
• Overseeing product and process validation.
• Managing cGMP documentation for production and warehouse staff.
• Maintain documentation for audits, certifications, and regulatory reporting.

Safety & Process Optimization

• Oversee product quality control to ensure adherence to company and regulatory standards.
• Develop and enforce safety protocols to create a safe work environment.
• Conduct periodic inspections of production facilities and processes to maintain compliance.

Requirements
