Job summary

ELEGANCE CARPENTRY WORKZ in Singapore seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee manufacturing operations, drive profitability, and ensure smooth daily activities across Production, Sales, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing and related departments.

You will lead department heads, implement Lean and ISO-compliant processes, monitor costs and delivery performance, and report results to senior management while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, production planning, quality management, and cost control.
• Leadership, communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to improve productivity, manage teams, and achieve targets.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, ISO standards, and ERP systems is an advantage.
