Job summary

Sysmex Group in Singapore is seeking an experienced Production Lead to steer the manufacturing and reagent redressing operations toward targets while upholding quality, safety, and regulatory standards. You will lead a production team, plan daily activities, ensure cGMP and ERP/MES compliance, manage documentation, and drive continuous improvement through cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing or production experience, including at least 3 years in a people management role.
• Knowledge of automation systems, cGMP, ERP, and MES systems.
• Able to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts; 5-day work week with occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop production team to achieve operational objectives and performance targets.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production and reagent redressing activities.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO Quality Management System (QMS), and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) requirements.
• Manage production documentation, process validations, and manufacturing protocols.
• Collaborate with Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Investigate quality issues, customer complaints, and CAPAs, implementing effective corrective actions.
• Support internal and external audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing or production experience, including at least 3 years in a people management role.
• Knowledge of automation systems, cGMP, ERP, and MES systems.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement capabilities.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Able to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
• 5-day work week with occasional overtime when required.
