Job summary

sl furniture n design is seeking a seasoned operations leader to oversee manufacturing, drive profitability, and coordinate across Production, Sales, Engineering and Quality Control. You will steer efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership and a track record of delivering business targets in manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, manufacturing, business administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, production planning, quality management, and cost control.
• Good leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to improve productivity, manage teams, and achieve business targets.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, ISO standards, and ERP systems is an advantage.
