WPP Production is seeking a Production Coordinator Intern to provide essential administrative and logistical support for social-first content shoots. You’ll work with our production team across pre-production to on-set, ensuring shoots run smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of film or video production processes.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities are essential.

• Familiarity with scheduling tools and basic office software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules for talent, crew, and production resources.
• Maintain and update equipment lists; assist with equipment prep.
• Support location scouting, permits, and logistics docs.
• Source, purchase, and organize props for shoots.
• Act as production runner for on-set needs and errands.
• Handle general administrative tasks during shoots (e.g., call sheets).
• Assist with post-shoot wrap-up, including inventory checks.
• Communicate with production leads to anticipate challenges.
